Transmission Control Module is used to control the electro-hydraulic
solenoid valves in hydraulic circuits, which actuate the clutches. The
product models ASIC, solenoid and other electronic components. All
the components are modeled using MAST, Saber Modeling Language. Components
modeled are CAN circuit, current regulator, hall-in –conditioning,
solenoids, thermistor, Analog Decimal Converter, etc.
The solenoid model is composed of the electrical, magnetic, mechanical and
hydraulic components. The magnetic part of the solenoid, which is FE based,
was extracted using Ansoft Maxwell 2D FE model shown in the figure below. |
